At Vornedge, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of groceries, household essentials, and baby care products, our refund and return policy is limited.
We offer returns or refunds within 7 days of purchase (instead of 30 days) only under eligible conditions.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In its original packaging
- Sealed and unopened
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Groceries & food products
- Baby wipes & baby care items
- Opened household consumables
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene/sanitary products
- Personal care items
Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was expired at delivery
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Issue description
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The item will be inspected
- Refund approval/rejection will be emailed
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
To request an exchange, email:
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- Return instructions will be shared via email
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs (case dependent)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
