RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

US Returns

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags. A $15 restocking fee applies. Email vorntierllc@gmail.com with your order number to start.

Refund Processing

Allow 2–3 business days to inspect, then 3–5 business days for the refund to hit your original payment method. Shipping fees non-refundable.

International Returns

We accept international returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact vorntierllc@gmail.com to initiate.

Exchanges

Size exchanges only for the same style. No restocking fee. International exchanges not available.
