• Processing: 7 business days after payment
• Shipping: 12–15 business days by destination
• Delays: Not liable for carrier or customs delays

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or incorrect
• Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags
• Approved refunds processed within 7 business days
• Shipping fees non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards not eligible.

4. Delivery Clause

• Customers must provide accurate shipping information
• Once marked Delivered by carrier, order is fulfilled
• International customers responsible for customs duties
